I have my own clients for whom I provide recruitment and selection services. I am looking for profiles from different fields and seniorities.

I work within the HR area and one of the tasks I perform is recruitment and selection for internal positions in the company. It is a technology company in which I have had to look for Back and Frontend developers, QA Analyst, Product Owner, Help Desk Support, among others. Maintaining contact with the leader of each area and with the candidates nominated.

I was in charge of the recruitment and selection process from contact with the client, following the profile searches, contact with potential candidates, conducting interviews, presenting candidates to the client and monitoring, up to the job offer at chosen candidate.
