Contribute to the estimation, planning and prioritization of test activities after evaluating project requirements, design of test cases, execution and delivery in production

Leadership of the test team in complex projects with several components to integrate and developed by different software vendors

Analysis and correction of failures, user training and application support, maintaining services at acceptable levels in production.

Maintain service levels without dropping the customer's operation in production by applying the necessary corrections.

Support to end users, parameters and configurations necessary for the correct use of the system, programming with Visual Fox pro and creation of reports requested by management.

Provide support in the development of solutions in the Systems department and create new reports requested by management
