I have worked with the team to define functionalities of web applications (built in React with the MUI library) and Android mobile applications.

I have participated in gathering requirements with business leaders and clients, detailing very well the acceptance criteria; then in the planning meetings, make estimates together with the whole team.

My role was 100% investigative. The Customer Journey Map was one of the tools used to investigate the customer and improve the experience at each point of contact with the brand.
