I have had the opportunity to work in bilingual positions for BPO companies, both as a customer service agent and as a sales representative. In all the companies that I had that experience, I had to negotiate daily with clients from the United States in different industries.

I have had the opportunity to provide my services as a freelance ad manager for different private companies and other freelancers, I have also had experience with the Facebook ad platform, also with Google Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, in my previous roles not only I manage the ads but also design and develop strategies focused on the collection of potential clients and their respective management.
