(May 18, 2022 – November 17, 2022) I focus on migrating members of different campaigns from office 2016 to office 365, taking into account the different processes to be carried out, such as carrying a registration of users served. In addition to this, I support as an IT analyst using Services Desk, active directory, among other tools to provide technical support according to the failure presented, such as application errors, installation of these, domain failure, among others.
