I visited different municipalities in the country to collect information in the mayor's offices, in order to build standardized web portals. There I had the opportunity to train potential clients on the tools and functionalities of these pages, under the Online Government standards. One of the most relevant aspects was the space for questions and answers (feedback) about the differentiating factors.
