• Lead the QA team in Data for continuous and high-value deliveries • Review of QA materials and processes • Definition of metrics for team monitoring • Synchronization with Product for prioritization of deliverables • Define and review Testing strategies. • Definition of OKRs and KPIs • Methodological management of tools such as Jira, AIO Test, Postman{** *}• Adaptation of the team to Agile methodologies. • Implementation of Automation Testing for critical flows

Lead the team in the QA Area to meet the objectives of the product, project, delivering to the verticals on time, scope and quality terms, mitigating errors under the different methodologies that are applied. • Identify the scope of the required tests based on the requirements • Assign resources to the projects and final estimates • Define, follow and control the quality plan • Define and review the quality strategies Testing.
