I worked in outsourcing for Tigo Telecomunicaciones, supporting the management of Projects, optimizing processes that support the Core products of the fixed telecommunications portfolio, generating offers and improvements that allow sales to be boosted, guaranteeing the evolution of the product. Monitor the performance of the portfolio, track sales indicators, billing and withdrawals.

Launch of the ONE TV 2.0 offer and the TVE Digitization Project, both projects guaranteeing compliance with time, budget and required documentation, managing to increase sales, improve market penetration and not affect commercial and customer service.
