As an accounting analyst, my functions correspond to carrying out analysis and review of accounting processes, making reconciliations and providing support throughout the accounting cycle, I also carry out the entire treasury and payroll process.

Manage to optimize processes making them more efficient and productive, implement control functions that helped to improve various cross-company processes, manage to carry out various administrative positions, such as: treasury, Payroll and accounting.

As an accounting assistant, my main function was to carry out the Invoicing of the company (approximately three thousand invoices per month) and to support other processes such as tax review, causation, cash receipt, among others.

Help in the implementation of electronic invoicing software, identifying faults, suggesting improvements, among others.

I started as an administrative assistant, doing telemarketing and attending customer requests, I grew up and began to perform administrative and accounting functions, I came to handle almost all the company's processes, both administrative and accounting.

I managed to handle all the accounting when there was no accountant, always take the opportunity to grow and learn. I started my accounting studies and I was a fundamental part of the growth of the company the time I worked there.
