Assist in the selection of suppliers by making comparative tables following financial guidelines. Monitor the progress of the project by identifying possible deviations or risks from the initial plan, taking corrective measures when necessary. Participate in budget meetings for the project portfolio. Supervise the work of contractors and maintain strong communication with stakeholders to meet established deadlines. Carry out financial control of the project using an S curve considering planned and actual execution times, carry out the financial closure of the project by capitalizing fixed assets and their depreciation. Prepare reports and presentations at different hierarchical levels showing the milestones achieved and the next steps or critical paths for the fulfillment of the project. Upon completion of the project; I conduct a comprehensive evaluation to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
