Lead the Acquisitions and Operations Managers in 4 LATAM subsidiaries: Colombia, Mexico, Nicaragua and Panama. Develop each local team for peak performance to optimize efficiency, savings, and time to market. Align the processes of acquisitions, storage, transportation and management of fixed assets in Latin America based on corporate governance. Implement purchasing strategies with a regional vision to optimize resources and increase productivity.

Lead regional logistics operations (Purchasing, transportation, Warehouse) for real estate goods and services, facilities, IT, security and MRO, in addition to managing the supply chain for: HR, Marketing and Travel. Ensuring an adequate portfolio of suppliers in LatAm (Mexico, Colombia and Brazil). Standardizing corporate policies and strategies in the region, in parallel to the definition of the general Purchasing strategy to add value.

• USD 2M of savings were delivered in the region for the management of Capex/Opex purchases assigned for each fiscal year.

Execute negotiations with all national and international suppliers of services / goods for the countries of LAR Sur: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela. Supplier selection, evaluation and reassessment process. Lead the S2P process for the Engineering department. Manage various sourcing projects, consumption reduction activities and rationalization of suppliers. Consolidate relations with the PM of each country.
