- Head of operational excellence and continuous improvement of the organization leading the programs of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), World Class Supply Chain (WCSC), Industry 4.0 (I4.0) as well as the integrated management system of the organization (SIG). - Responsible for the management, monitoring and follow-up of the corporate strategy (Policy Deployment). Supervision of compliance with legal requirements, ISO Standards (9**********1) and international operating standards of the parent company.

- Responsible for the delivery of net operational savings of more than 2.5% per year compared to the total production costs of the company. (€3.5M)
