I provide technical assistance in integrating schools information systems with technology vendors, these institutions are mostly based in the United States but they may be from other countries. I have to have a deep understanding in how to interact with REST APIs and some knowledge on databases. Also be able to provide assistance in English.

I worked in procuring transport vehicles for companies based in the United States and Canada. I had to call the transport carriers, specially truck fleets, and ask for availability based on some parameters like dates, types of vehicles and special equipments/licenses needed.

I worked for a transport logistics intermediary and my job was mostly tracking the status of the pickup, actual location of the vehicle and the delivery of the load. Carriers also called me in case there were extra payments or issues at the facilities, and I needed to provide a proper solution with the assistance of other departments and functions in my company.
