Certification of 90% of the students as Scrum Master and/or as Product Owners.

I worked with spreadsheets, books and sales records. Wrote business and financial reports. Made calculations and reviews to ensure correct payments, amounts, and records. Supervision of the administrative and sales team, as well as designers.

Establish a work model for the reception of customer requests and the delivery of the finished product. An 80% improvement in the response was reflected.
