Responsible for serving the general public, managing CRM and corporate information platforms, managing and providing timely responses to customers, solving basic problems with Helisa applications and escalation of PQRS requests.

Responsible for corroborating and entering the information in the World Office program, reviewing the accounting of the documents, classifying the accounting documents appropriately according to the existing cost centers and organizing the purchase and sale invoices.
