My functions were the contracting with legal and natural persons, confidentiality agreements, response to requirements of the control entities (Comptroller's Office, Attorney's Office, Prosecutor's Office, Mayor's Offices, Governments and their dependencies, among others), SARLAFT and AML/CFT compliance process, Legal review of contract applications, prepare terms of reference for invitations to bid, manage the negotiation stage of contractual processes, among other tasks.

Legalization of 60 contracts in 2 months, creation of a database with all the company's providers and lower indicators of requirements before control entities.
