I develop, implement and facilitate engaging activities for students based on their developmental needs. I provide feedback to parents on student progress, foster a positive and inclusive culture in the online classroom, and maintain regular communication with students, parents, and guardians. Additionally, I have strong skills in using online teaching platforms and educational technology.

My main achievement has been to create an excellent connection with my students and the work team, managing to improve the children's academic level and second language learning, as well as improving their results on the MAP Growth tests.

I provided academic assistance to students and supported as a classroom teacher. I also accompanied the National Elementary Honor Society students in social activities within the school community. Additionally, I served as the DI Team Manager, supervising and providing resources to team members, and teaching skills such as teamwork and problem solving.

My greatest achievement was learning a lot from North American teachers, their teaching system, meeting teachers from different places and being able to share experiences. It was also being able to share and teach children from different cultures.

I fostered learning through inquiry-based curriculum in the Primary Years Program (PYP). I developed, implemented and facilitated academically and socially engaging activities for students, based on their current level of development and personal needs. Provided feedback to parents and guardians on student progress at parent conferences and follow-ups.

Managing to create communities in my classrooms through the IB, where children developed a broader and more critical vision of the world, was my greatest achievement. I also learned about the diverse learning needs of students, which allowed me to provide an inclusive and effective classroom environment.
