• Perform the role of Project Manager or Scrum Master depending on the need of the project. • Establish a work plan based on the objectives and scope of the project. • Follow up on assigned projects (Cascade/Agiles). • Ensure the success of the projects (costs, resources, risks, etc.), as well as the correct fulfillment of the billing and budget milestones. • Work for customer satisfaction and compliance.

Guarantee the correct execution of support to management processes to the assigned projects, through constant monitoring and the development of training and training programs on issues related to the implementation of best practices for traditional or agile projects.
