In the position as an IT technician, I performed functions such as managing passwords and permissions in Management of Active Directory users, attention to camera requirements, control tower in support, guaranteeing ANS compliance, likewise, assistance in inventory of computing equipment and hardware thereof, provide level 1 and 2 support at the help desk, remotely or on site.
