Start a team from scratch and create all the process manuals

Monitor AP funtions and approve journal entries. Prepare weekly bank reconciliations, deposit checks, record cash receipts in the G / L, disbursements and responsible for month-end closing and budget.

Manage around 14 to 26 accounts.

Accurate recording of payables. Ensuring that payables are paid in a timely manner. Resolving payment discrepancies and preparing checks. Preparing the month-end closing process.

Start as an intern and move up to Office Manager / Accountant.
