Manage technological solutions implementation projects.  Manage work plans, time, cost and resource estimates associated with the different project activities. - Manage and deploy in a timely manner the different software components received from suppliers.

Guarantee the development of the Scrum framework, of the artifacts, ceremonies and events in the assigned projects.  Manage through the Scrum framework the realization and scope of the objectives of the projects designated in each sprint.  Maintain and report on designated project management metrics and statistics.
