I designed and executed user training in technological tools for daily use, reducing support calls. I collaborated in the design and planning of the Catalog Management and Service Levels process.

Make and keep updated the database of movements (registrations, cancellations and modifications), assignment, maintenance, guarantees and in general the documentation related to the jobs, as well as the associated hardware and software, through tools such as Invgate, Discovery and Mobicontrol.

I designed, executed, implemented and standardized the procedure for the management of technological assets.
