Management of corporate digital projects for Claro Colombia under scaled frameworks Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Lean. Manage the transformation and empowerment of teams to make them faster and more agile. Support in the definition and monitoring of OKRs defined for Electronic Commerce requirements.

Support the implementation of agile frameworks, and encourage co-creation with assigned cells in order to train change managers. Organize and support agile understanding, application, and compliance with project stakeholders.

Successfully carry out the execution of mainly agile projects in the Digital Transformation area. Training work teams and business leaders from the areas of the organization, business leaders, support in the definition, monitoring of the defined OKRs.

Improve the definition and execution of each of the events and artifacts established by the project development methodologies, in terms of response times, escalation levels, clarity of roles and responsibilities, and involvement within the project of each one of the stakeholders.
