Schedule, assign and monitor tasks for each sprint of the front-end development team that was involved in two projects; One was the integration of multiple databases that stored data from the company's formation process and the creation of an interface that allowed said data to be viewed. The second project was a training platform that used AI to simulate the interaction between a customer service representative and a customer. In these projects I had to maintain communication with other areas and look for solutions to the difficulties that arose in daily work.
