- Reception and review of project information assigned through Scrum methodology. - Management and formalization of the project start-up meeting, in order to verify and analyze the client's requirements. - Web design. - Inform the processes and/or documents to be managed by the client for the implementation of the project (technical documentation, administrative processes for online payment methods, financial processes, among others). - Preparation of work schedule.
