Web development of an already established system called SONIA, this system manages the entire process of medical appointments at the FOSCAL clinic, in which the collaborators schedule their medical appointments, manage and process them, therefore, it is a system in which the entire the company, from the secretariat that schedules appointments to the doctors who treat it. This system is based on PHP and JavaScript (JQuery) and uses relational databases with SQL.

Together with my team, I managed to elevate the user experience of more than 1,000 end users by increasing efficiency, improving appearance, and addressing system complexity. I implemented significant improvements that resulted in a smoother and more satisfying experience for users.
