Project: Survey of requirements for Business Intelligence (BI) solutions for Claro Colombia -Work under the Scrum methodological framework and manage, build and prioritize Backlog -Requirements gathering, analysis and configuration of data warehouses (Data warehouse). -Understand and support the needs of the client by making User stories that ensure maximizing the value of the product.

Project: Strategic and operational management service for the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test front of the Inspira program - Claro Colombia -Follow the Predictive Life Cycle management plan for the tests, focusing on the phases of service provision (Survey of Requirements - Planning and Test Strategy - Design - Execution - Verification and Closure of Test Cases). -Control of progress indicators and monitoring of the defined test plan.

Development of activities corresponding to the deployment of the testing strategy (UAT) guaranteeing user acceptance and granting the Full Stack certification of developed applications.

Project: Survey of Full Stack processes (Inspira Program - Claro Colombia) -Perform information surveys, analysis, design, update and evaluation of improvements in current operating models, aimed at ensuring operational efficiency. -Design process flow diagrams, take times and propose improvements in operating models.

-Analysis and control of end-to-end process documentation, using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). -Diagramming, creation, modification, mainstreaming and updating of the different Claro Colombia processes.
