I did my work practice for 6 months, there I was able to carry out different activities such as Development of an application for the Management and Administration of Help Desk cases developed through Oracle Apex, Design and implementation of database interfaces, Maintenance of the database and records , Implementation of processes and procedures, Technical and end user manuals, Preparation of functional requirements, etc.
