I helped improve the area of customer service, through management of social networks and various platforms to optimize times and provide a better service. Also through user stories I was able to optimize the processes for a better functioning of the platform used by the store. Similarly, I made various flow charts to achieve a better understanding of the procedures for employees entering the company.

Functions: -Organize the information duly presented by the client according to the fields contemplated for income using the Excel platform to carry out said procedure. -Upload customer invoices made manually to the platform, obtaining a database with the information of the buyers, goods purchased and the total
