At Banco de Bogotá, as an Insurance Assistant, I was in charge of analyzing customer claims along with the products purchased with the bank to determine the insurance to which the customer's claim should be submitted and the coverage. He also had to analyze and object to the responses of the insurers if that was the case and present periodic management reports.
