I started as an executive and in November 2021 I was promoted to head of sales for the Santander region

Having formed the sales team of the new Santander regional, where it started without a headquarters with only one Stand and opened two offices, leaving more than 3,000 active students in a year and three months, and thus remaining the best academy in Santander.

I started as a consultant and was promoted to supervisor in June 2015, to recruit and lead up to 35 door-to-door consultants.

Position investments and peace plans as the best company in the Bajo Cauca Antioquia sub-region, having more than 15,000 sales in the almost 5 years that I have been leading and training people.
