Microsyslabs SAS (wolkvox) is a start-up in which I work in the functions of recruitment, selection and evaluation of profiles in the IT area. In addition to this, I also lead the organizational learning area where I coordinate inductions, job training and continuous training spaces for all areas of the company. I also participate in the development of ideas for work well-being and organizational development.

In the area of Human Management at the University of Antioquia, I had the opportunity to support the areas of Development Management, Organizational Culture Management and selection processes for the other apprentices and students of the academic incentive program. I participated in the development of the telecommuting pilot plan for University employees and in the measurement of variables such as work well-being in remote work.

In this Outsourcing I was able to put into practice all my knowledge in recruitment and selection of personnel. I strengthened my knowledge in the application of tests and filled vacancies at all levels: operational, commercial, administrative and managerial.
