• Create nodes and streams in JSON format for use by the SmartChat bot based on customer requirements. • Create, upload, edit, and test nodes and flows with Postman. • Control, insert and edit data in the databases for each client using the SmartChat application with the NoSQL and MongoDB database management system. • Write, edit, and review software documentation, including administrative, developer, and end-user documentation.
