I developed and put into production an application that contains dashboards to track the performance of conciliators from Centros de Asistencia Legal Gratuita (ALEGRA) in Peru using Shiny. I designed and put into production the data processing structure that feeds the ALEGRA application using PostgreSQL and AWS storage services.

The application was quickly adopted by the Ministry of Justice to monitor the performance of its Legal Assistance Centers.

Assessed the individual and neighborhood-level impact of a local program that provides affordable housing to low-income residents of the District of Columbia. I prepared maps with the spatial trends of the population and economic activity of the District and each of its eight geographic subdivisions.

My results were presented to the Chief Economist for the District of Columbia and posted on the organization's website.

I developed a diagnosis and a roadmap for economic development for Hidalgo and the State of Mexico, conducting an analysis of productivity at the industry level and conducting interviews with relevant actors. I participated in the design of a methodology for evaluating potential beneficiaries of a subsidy from a Federal Government agency aimed at entrepreneurs.

The development plans were presented and adopted by the Secretaries of Economic Development of both states.
