Accompany requirements / improvements made by business customers and validate that these are viable for development with the product offered by the company.

Address the different incidents reported by clients, follow up on these incidents until they are solved by the engineering team or apply recommended workarounds for the same type of incidents.

Perform monitoring of the local network and guarantee its operation, configuration of switches and Vlans for the segment of different areas within the company.
