We are economic alchemists: we take raw ingredients, combine talent and technology, and turn them into something that generates value.

About the role

We are looking for a NOC IP Specialist to be part of the operations center responsible for ensuring the stability, availability and performance of our network infrastructure in real time.

You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the national IP network, detecting and diagnosing incidents, analyzing performance indicators, and coordinating the resolution of failures that may impact our residential and business customers.

It is a role for a person with a strong foundation in networking, analytical thinking, and the ability to make evidence-based technical decisions, always understanding the impact that an action can have on the operation.

Perform troubleshooting of problems in access and core networks.
Coordinate with engineering, field, and supplier teams to resolve complex incidents.
Evaluate the potential impact or blast radius before taking corrective action.
Participate in maintenance windows and perform the respective validations after the changes.
