About the Role
AI adoption across our business is accelerating fast. People are building their own agents, teams are asking for automations, and larger AI projects are moving into production. We need someone to own that — to make the platforms work, set the standards, and be the person the business goes to.
You'll work with Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry every day, and you'll spend just as much time talking to non-technical colleagues as you do in the tools. This is not an infrastructure or on-call role. It's for someone who knows the technology and can explain it to people who don't.
What You'll Do

Own Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry as our internal AI platforms: support users, govern access, resolve issues, keep things running.
Write and maintain best-practice guides, standards, and training material for citizen developers building their own agents and automations.
Take requests from the business to review, validate, and deploy agents into production, managing that workload end to end.
Read and understand the architecture of our larger AI projects (enterprise agents, RAG solutions, custom integrations) so you can support them and build small enhancements once they're delivered.
Partner with business stakeholders in English, translating what's technically possible into decisions they can act on.

What We're Looking For

3+ years in technical roles related to AI, automation, data, or enterprise application support.
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry . If you know one well and not the other, we'll get you up to speed.
Mid-level Python and a working understanding of how LLM APIs are used inside applications — agents, chatbots, RAG.
Participation in at least one large-scale AI project. You don't need to have led it. What matters is that you understand how the pieces fit together and can move it forward.
English at C1. You'll be explaining technical work to non-technical people every week, and that's where most of the value of this role sits.

Nice to Have — not required, and we'll train you
Power Platform · Microsoft Fabric · Microsoft 365 administration · CI/CD · DevOps / MLOps
Soft Skills

Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences without losing them
Organized and process-driven — this role runs a request queue
Analytical, with solid troubleshooting instincts
Comfortable writing documentation and standards, not just building
Collaborative across technical and business teams

Why Join Us
You'll sit at the center of how a large enterprise actually adopts AI — not as a pilot, but in production, across the business. You'll get exposure to enterprise-scale AI architecture and a defined path into MLOps and AI engineering, with training on our side to get you there.
