estoy usando reaccionar js y quiero que cuando presiono Ctrl + Shift + L imprima un mensaje en el registro de la consola ahora mismo si presiono ctrl + shift el mensaje se imprime pero cuando ctrl + shift + L no imprime nada

Y también cuando presiono el botón Eliminar, el estado pasa a pendiente ingrese la descripción de la imagen aquí ¿Por qué cuando presiono eliminar, pasa al estado pendiente?
