I want to make the deployment server to use LA time zone no matter what:

    let endTime = momentTz(new Date(filteredTimeLeft)).tz('America/Los_Angeles').unix();
const convertSec = Number(coin.seconds);
const calcTime = endTime - convertSec - momentTz().tz('America/Los_Angeles').unix();

However it is still using the server's time zone and thus giving me the wrong value for calcTime, is there a way to make time consistent for my situation?
