Is there a way to verify completeness and consistency of a vue component at compile-time?

Can I ensure that a function or a variable used by a vue component is actually present before deploying it to the target system?

For instance, a function convertInput is provided by a mixin and called in a vue component.

But the developer forgot to merge the mixin when they merged the component from the development branch to the release branch, so the function is undefined.

Can this be detected on a CI system and fail the build when the app is assembled using npm/webpack, instead of waiting for an error at runtime: "TypeError: this.convertInput is not a function"?
