How I could make debugger break/pause running of code when a specific value is set to any variable or object's key/value or an array element?

Let's say I'm trying to inspect where a specific value "catch me value" is stored during the runtime of code. And I don't know what variables or objects' keys/values or arrays' elements hold this value. So I want the debugger to pause/break when it sees that value "catch me value" being set to anything, so I can figure what's holding this value during the inspected code runtime and continue running JavaScript code inspection.
