I noticed an issue with iPhones, I create a webpage with an image. without it being zoomed it scrolls perfectly fine on the Y-axis fine. But I noticed that when Zoomed out and scrolling the page does not initially scroll along the Y-axis properly but rather has a bounce animation. Upon further tries it then scrolls. When I removed the image from the page and zoomed it in, it worked perfectly.

Has anyone had this issue and what could be the cause?
