I created a new project and noticed that the error layer has changed.

As I later found out, this is related to the new version of create-react-app 5.0.0 (including react-scripts 5.0.0). When trying to make a project with version 4.0.3 shows an error

How can I get the old error overlay back. Or how can I do create-react-app@4.0.3
