i want to use jstl tag inside .js file but its not working I am trying jstl fmt message tag. This is my .js file

document.getElementById("Expedite").innerHTML = "<fmt:message bundle="${storeText}" key='QUICKSHIP_EXPEDITE' />" + qsExpedPer
                                                + "%";

This is my .properties file in which key value pair exists QUICKSHIP_EXPEDITE = EXPEDITE

but i am not getting this text in my view page How to use jstl tag inside js page
