I use zenrin api for jp map. I have an error in local and dev environment.

Uncaught TypeError: ZDC.LatLon is not a constructor

Because of error, maps isn't show. js console error img

But, In Production environment, map is working fine. All environment have same zenrin api. Why? pls, explain me!!
