agregué a la tabla usando .append en jquery y necesito agregar la última columna con sus celdas

O necesito agregar enlaces en la columna "Enlace de archivos PDF"

y este es mi codigo jquery

finalmente necesita agregar enlaces en la columna "Enlace de archivos PDF"
