I am getting an operation not permitted error. My npm version is 8.3.0, and my node version is 17.3.0. Below is the error output:
This is on an Ubuntu 20.04 WSL. I've tried reinstalling npm and node but have had no success. I'm not sure if I need to change some permissions on my Windows machine.
