Using Browser ReadableStream.getReader(), I'd like to seek to the end of the stream, so I can wait to see if more data is sent, then attempt to read new data.

I also would like to be able to ReadableStream.getReader() on a file that's being written to by another process (DENYNONE). The documentation states "the stream is locked, no other reader can be acquired until this one is released." which seems like this isn't supported.
