We recently migrated our website to Joomla 3.9 and now have issues when loading jQuery in the Music Collection component.

I've attached a screenshot of the problem using Chrome console.

It seems MusCol won't load the JW Player or any of the albums/songs when searching either. What could be the issue? We are using PHP 7.4.

I've tried to do the following to resolve:

1. Install jQuery Easy plugin
2. Delete all media/js from the Joomla directory and transfer them manually
3. I'm no expert in JavaScript but a 404 error means a resource is being blocked from loading, right? I've tried to go through each line from the script to find where this script is loaded.
4. I noticed one other error with a cookie consent plugin not hiding when clicking "Accept". This is probably related to this issue.
