I've been tasked with reducing the time between transitions in an animated banner ad that was created in Adobe Animate. I have the html and javascript that Animate generated but I am unsure how what to change to reduce transition times.

It seems to me that the change should occur in this line of code:

        {name:"animated_banner", frames: [[0,208,104,21],[0,0,320,50],[0,52,320,50],[0,104,320,50],[0,156,320,50]]}

Can anyone tell me what these individual numbers refer to? I can tell that in the last four parameters, the last two numbers in each array refer to the length and width of the banner, but I can't decipher the rest.
